[aur-requests] [PRQ#15492] Merge Request for radegast

sudoquai [1] filed a request to merge radegast [2] into radegast-git
[3]:

Since the original developer of radegast is dead and AUR user
@fennectech explained that he would like to maintain aur/radegast-git,
which point to the original sources it would make sense to merge these
packages to aur/radegast.

The continuation of this project is aur/radegast-ng which should be
treated as a seperate package.
