[aur-requests] [PRQ#15494] Orphan Request for newlisp

haawda [1] filed a orphan request for newlisp [2]:

Four minor versions behind upstream, most probably the maintainer left
us. He asked me in 2014 about taking over ownership, but I refused it
for reasons I do not remember. Would gladly take it over now.
