[aur-requests] [PRQ#15246] Deletion Request for pamac-qt-aur

RedTide [1] filed a deletion request for pamac-qt-aur [2]:

it turned out it requires a libpamac library not shipped anywhere if
not with the gtk version of the same application and I don't want to
add a dependency on it nor provide a build for that library myself.
