[aur-requests] [PRQ#15322] Deletion Request for python-catkin_lint

Is there a problem with python-${modulename}? That is the recommended
naming scheme as per
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Python_package_guidelines#Package_naming.

Also, why a deletion request for this? You could have added a comment
to the package page.
