[aur-requests] [PRQ#14318] Merge Request for ogdf

jehelset [1] filed a request to merge ogdf [2] into ogdf-snapshot [3]:

ogdf package uses is legacy version that is no longer maintained. the
creators suggest using snapshot instead

ogdf-snapshot is already using this, so i suggest ogdf and ogdf-
snapshot is merged, and ogdf is now using the snapshot verison.
