[aur-requests] [PRQ#14435] Orphan Request for joplin

griffin [1] filed a orphan request for joplin [2]:

The package has again been out of date for around two weeks now
despite my submitting the fixed PR and requesting co-maintainership
within 24 hours of the outdated mark.

I know that in the past I allowed masterkorp to maintain ownership as
it seemed to be a one off time when he asked me if I would rather take
it, but now it seems clear that maintenance is not a priority, and I
am willing to take the lead.
