[aur-requests] [PRQ#14440] Orphan Request for riemann-c-client

MrAnno [1] filed a orphan request for riemann-c-client [2]:

I've contacted the maintainer. He allowed me to take over the
maintenance of this package, but since then, I could not reach him.

I'm writing to you regarding the maintenance of the riemann-c-client
Arch User Repository library[0]. This package is owned by you.

Since the last update the package received was in 2016 (v1.8.1) and
the current upstream version has been updated in 2018 (v1.10.4), I
would like to ask you to either update or disown the package.

I would be more than happy to adopt the mentioned package, because it
is a dependency of a project that I'm working on (syslog-ng).

Unfortunately, I could not find a way to request access to the
repository. Considering FS#17911, I guess the only way is to manually
disown and adopt the package.
