swalladge [1] filed a deletion request for sputnik [2]:

Upstream has abandoned this software and download url and upstream
website are now dead. Perhaps someone can create/add a pkgbuild for
this project based off the git repo and build from source if there is
interest, but good luck to anyone attempting that.
