[aur-requests] [PRQ#14789] Merge Request for pagmo2

acxz [1] filed a request to merge pagmo2 [2] into pagmo [3]:

The upstream url for the `pagmo` package is not supported anymore.
This package (`pagmo2`) tracks the currently development for the
upstream pagmo project. As such I would like for this package to be
merged into the outdated `pagmo` package, so that the namespaces can
be resolved.

Basically delete this package and update `pagmo` with the new upstream
url.
