[aur-requests] [PRQ#16611] Orphan Request for shortwave

ValHue [1] filed a orphan request for shortwave [2]:

It is absolutely false that this package is unattended. I've been
there several days without having time to update it, but I don't think
that's a reason to ask for an orphan.

It would have been more elegant than the person who sent the request
would have contacted me to request the collaboration in its
maintenance. I think...
