[aur-requests] [PRQ#16634] Deletion Request for travis-conditions-bin

trevordf [1] filed a deletion request for travis-conditions-bin [2]:

This PKGBUILD does not work as expected and I would like to remove it.
I may revisit it later after learning more about how the package and
best practices for how Ruby packages are managed using the AUR.
