[aur-requests] [PRQ#16842] Orphan Request for lib32-gst-libav

tjackson [1] filed an orphan request for lib32-gst-libav [2]:

Hi, can I get write access to bump this one? It'll match the arbitrary
git commit of gst-libav in the main repo. It's nothing too complicated
since the lib32 version only provides a single solib. I tested the
bump already and it passes the test and looks okay.
