[aur-requests] [PRQ#16173] Merge Request for dotnet-sdk-rc

Actually the SDK source has the runtime in it.
It's just gonna be a mirror of dotnet-core-preview [1] at first, whigh
already works this way, then it's gonna be only for RCs and
dotnet-core-preview only for previews.
