lorcap [1] filed a orphan request for eclipse-arm [2]:

Hi there. I'm willing to maintain this package I use regularly.
Upstream version is 4.6.1 vs 4.1.1. Previous maintainer is MIA (see
request in AUR).

PS: I'm going to rename the package to 'gnu-mcu-eclipse', after the
upstream project. Is better off doing it now?
