skypixel [1] filed a deletion request for fsharp-git [2]:

This package is no longer necessary: the official repository for
fsharp has been changed to be https://github.com/dotnet/fsharp and the
dependencies have changed too. F# compiler is officially shipped only
through the dotnet distribution.
