[aur-requests] [PRQ#16359] Orphan Request for p4v

jshap [1] filed a orphan request for p4v [2]:

campanari is a new account, almost immediately after creation sat on
the package, and afaict shows no intention of updating it.

I maintain `p4` and would like to maintain `p4v` as well.
