[aur-requests] [PRQ#16386] Merge Request for miliao

redchenjs [1] filed a request to merge miliao [2] into mitalk [3]:

`mitalk` and `miliao` are excatly the same application but with
different names, `leihuxi` is now the co-maintainer of the package
`mitalk`, so these two packages should be merged.
