[aur-requests] [PRQ#16435] Merge Request for figma-linux-bin

rafaelff [1] filed a request to merge figma-linux-bin [2] into figma-
bin [3]:

'figma-linux-bin' and 'figma-bin' provide the same software, with
little and irrelevant differences on the target software, e.g.
different source files extention (".zip" and ".pacman") which would
provide the same software from the same upstream.

The relevant differences are: 'figma-linux-bin' is out-of-date and
orphan, not receiving any other update after its initial commit. On
the other side, 'figma-bin' is up-to-date and has an active
maintainer, so it seems reasonable to me leaving only 'figma-bin' in
AUR.
