[aur-requests] [PRQ#15906] Orphan Request for python2-zeroconf

As pointed out in the AUR comments, version 0.19.1 is the last version
of zeroconf with python2 support (the README at the upstream repository
says that version 0.20 did indeed drop support for python2).

Since this is a Python 2 package, I don't think this package is indeed
outdated.
