[aur-requests] [PRQ#15948] Orphan Request for evernus

FWishbringer [1] filed a orphan request for evernus [2]:

User created package, then has never touched it since. Major revisions
are past 3.x now. It's moved to a new home for the source, original
dev has asked others to take the torch. Commits are still happening.
This is a grossly outdated package.
