[aur-requests] [PRQ#15961] Orphan Request for ruby-jekyll-sitemap

bertptrs [1] filed a orphan request for ruby-jekyll-sitemap [2]:

Package is out of date by quite a bit (but only recently flagged) and
no longer compatible with the most recent version of Jekyll. I
contacted the maintainer by email on 2019-09-10 to offer my help but I
have not heard back. I'd be willing to take over as the maintainer if
it was orphaned.
