[aur-requests] [PRQ#16074] Merge Request for matrix-nio

diabonas [1] filed a request to merge matrix-nio [2] into python-nio

This is a duplicate of python-nio. Since the latter package is
directly from the upstream maintainer and this package is outdated,
orphaned and Python 2 only, I think it can be deleted. The "python-"
prefix of the package to be merged into is also more consistent with
the Python package guidelines.
