[aur-requests] [PRQ#16111] Orphan Request for 1password-cli

slurpee [1] filed a orphan request for 1password-cli [2]:

It has been at least 2 months since this package was last updated, at
the very least since it was marked out of date.  Not just me, but
another user, just1602, has also asked the maintainers for an update.
I would request this package be orphaned so another user can start
maintaining.
