[aur-requests] [PRQ#18636] Deletion Request for emacs-dvc

haawda [1] filed a deletion request for emacs-dvc [2]:

This is an outdated emacs interface for several also outdated version
controls systems. Emacs includes "vc", which is maintained and does
the same job in a better way. Unfortunatly there now also is dvc
("data version control"), so if someone writes an emacs interface for
that tool, we could get a name clash.
