[aur-requests] [PRQ#18850] Orphan Request for lua-copas

caleb [1] filed an orphan request for lua-copas [2]:

Obsolete usage of luarocks means this package us completely unusable
(will not build) in it's present form and apparently has been this way
for a long time. I'd like to fix it up and maintain it.
