[aur-requests] [PRQ#18886] Deletion Request for ib-controller

benalexau [1] filed a deletion request for ib-controller [2]:

The "ib-controller" AUR package no longer works. It has been entirely
replaced by the "ibc" AUR package. The community has been informed of
this via a pinned comment on the "ib-controller" package since April
2019.

The background to this change was the upstream software for "ib-
controller" [1] is no longer maintained. As shown at [1] the last
commit was January 2018. Furthermore the principal upstream developer
of "ib-controller" publicly declared in April 2019 that he will now
focuses his work entirely on the replacement "ibc" project [2]. The
latter is packaged in the "ibc" AUR package.

As such removal of the "ib-controller" AUR package does not remove any
working or maintained software from the community, but helps community
members more easily find the working, maintained successor package (as
they don't need to consult the pinned comment for background).
