polyzen [1] filed a deletion request for astah-uml-bin [2]:

> - Packages that use prebuilt deliverables, when the sources are
available, must use the -bin suffix. An exception to this is with
Java.

These packages do not need -bin. Sources do not seem to be available,
and this is also a Java application.
