dbermond [1] filed a deletion request for libjpeg-xl-opt-git [2]:

Quoting from upstream Readme: "JPEG XL no longer requires a particular
CPU. The software chooses and uses the best available instruction set
for the current CPU". Being such, this package no longer needed.
