[aur-requests] [PRQ#20642] Deletion Request for python-opencv-python

Kr1ss [1] filed a deletion request for python-opencv-python [2]:

Not needed any more since all reverse dependencies now use
`[extra]/opencv` instead.
I created this package solely b/c I wasn't aware that `opencv`
provides bindings for Python.
