[aur-requests] Please resubmit/rename wlr-randr to wlr-randr-git

This package is currently in violation of rules, as it is a -git package without the appropriate naming. As there is no stable release of this software yet, it's probably a little early to have a non-git package for it.

I apologize for submitting the orphan request early, I was supposed to contact you first. I am also contacting the aur-requests mailing list in case anyone else on the list has anything useful to contribute to this one.
