[aur-requests] [PRQ#20781] Orphan Request for papyrus

Tbaile [1] filed an orphan request for papyrus [2]:

The package is extremely out of date, last version is 2020-06
(according to Eclipse Papyrus website). As other comments says there's
not much work to do to update the PKGBUILD, but the maintainer is not
responding since 2017.
