relrel [1] filed a request to merge scratch3-bin [2] into scratch3

Hi there,

I created the scratch3 package, that besides being up-to-date, its
sources are official.
Currently it downloads the official Windows installer and extracts
from it the necessary electron resources.
In the near future, I might consider build ing the app from source.
Also, I plan to add file association of *.sb3 project files.
