[aur-requests] [PRQ#21076] Deletion Request for suexec

conao3 [1] filed a deletion request for suexec [2]:

This package and the su-exec[1] package are duplicated and users are
confused by the presence of multiple similarly named packages.
Since the upstream project name and binary files are su-exec,
simply remove this PKGBUILD to solve the problem.
