[aur-requests] [PRQ#22612] Deletion Request for python-portalocker

eta-carinae [1] filed a deletion request for python-portalocker [2]:

I removed the python 2 build from the package base, leaving the python
3 build.

I'm not sure of the correct approach to remove the python2-portalocker
package from the AUR while leaving the python-portalocker package.
