richardba [1] filed an orphan request for powershell [2]:

The maintainer kylesferrazza has not been active in updating
PowerShell to version 7.1 of PowerShell. I've already contacted them
on the 7th of December 2020 with the patch file to bump up the version
of the repo to 7.1.
