SpotlightKid [1] filed a deletion request for distrho-git [2]:

The package is redundant. Comment from the creator and former
maintainer:

"This appears to have been resolved in the distrho-ports-vst-git and
distrho-ports-lv2-git packages. It makes sense to me to eliminate this
package in favor of those."
