[aur-requests] [PRQ#22829] Orphan Request for python-keras

mehalter [1] filed an orphan request for python-keras [2]:

This package is not up to date and no longer builds and hasn't for
some time. I can update the PKGBUILD with the changes necessary to fix
both of these things.
