[aur-requests] [PRQ#17845] Orphan Request for infra-arcana

ameed [1] filed an orphan request for infra-arcana [2]:

I filed an orphan request against this package last year because the
maintainer's email address was unreachable and the package was long
out of date. It was granted, but within the next day the original
maintainer had re-adopted the package and still not updated it. I'm
not really sure what I'm supposed to do except file another orphan
request.
