[aur-requests] [PRQ#17911] Merge Request for pandoc-panflute

caleb [1] filed a request to merge pandoc-panflute [2] into python-
panflute [3]:

This package is incorrectly named, it should by python-* at the very
least, but I already have an up to date version of that in the AUR
(hence the merge request). Secondarily this PKGBUILD actually builds
off of the git master branch, not the release version(s), hence an
alternative could possibly be to rename it python-panflute-git.
