[aur-requests] [PRQ#18009] Merge Request for lua51-dkjson

caleb [1] filed a request to merge lua51-dkjson [2] into lua-dkjson

This package has broken dependencies, but I'd like to fix it by adding
sub-packages for Lua 5.1 and Lua 5.2 rather than maintaining 3 package
specs. I've added the maintainer of this as a co-maintainer to the
proposed base package.
