[aur-requests] [PRQ#18076] Deletion Request for pacman-packer

Hello,

Packer is a very good small one file packet manager that works like a charm.

Since, I could not find it after updating, I decided to maintain it. 
Moreover, pacman-packer seems more clear since it is not only for AUR as 
it wraps the pacman with basic bash.

Thank you for understanding. I don't think it should be deleted.
