[aur-requests] [PRQ#17156] Deletion Request for ruby-i18n

dvzrv [1] filed a deletion request for ruby-i18n [2]:

ruby-i18n will be moved to [community] as depends to ruby-
activesupport/sonic-pi. Please refrain from updating it.
Once the package is moved from [community-staging] to [community] this
PKGBUILD will be removed.
