[aur-requests] [PRQ#17164] Deletion Request for xfce4-mixer

LothaireFR [1] filed a deletion request for xfce4-mixer [2]:

This is the latest version of xfce4-mixer.
However it got deprecated in 4.12, and does not work with 4.10 and
also not with 4.14.
So this package would only be nice for the niche people that want to
use Xfce 4.11
