Request #17125 has been accepted by diabonas [1]:

The sources are still available at
<https://svn.code.sf.net/p/vixynet/code/trunk>. Given that this
package does not follow the current PKGBUILD format and hence cannot
be built and the upstream project hasn't been updated since 2006, I am
deleting the package anyway.
