Request #17340 has been accepted by diabonas [1]:

Judging from the description this might be the same project as
https://bitbucket.org/rafaelgg/slmenu. Since this repository has been
last updated in 2012 and there seems to be no interest in the AUR
package (unmaintained, no comments, only one vote from 2018, nothing
depends on it), I am deleting the package.
