TrialnError [1] filed a deletion request for python-toxcore [2]:

The PKGBUILD was dropped due to the announcement from upstream of
stopping any development.
Quote: "This project is abandoned due no any progress in libtoxcore
for a year - unfortunately seems Tox project is dead :("[0]
Dunno about the status of tox (has seen updates), but upstream is
dead. And stays that way[1]
And nobody wanted to maintain the PKGBUILD.
