[aur-requests] [PRQ#17435] Merge Request for python-alpha-vantage

TrialnError [1] filed a request to merge python-alpha-vantage [2] into
python-alpha_vantage [3]:

Curios case. This package got maintained by the same person who
uploaded 2019 python-alpha_vantage... And dropped both.
Not entirely sure which one should be merged into the other one, but
one can go, as it is the same package (just different versions, both
ood, both orphaned)
