ZimbiX [1] filed an orphan request for gnome-python-desktop [2]:

gnome-python-desktop has been failing to build when Evolution is
installed, for at least 6 months. The solution of adding some flags to
the configure args was identified at that time, yet the maintainer has
still not added them
