[aur-requests] [PRQ#17466] Orphan Request for droidcam

LevitatingRein [1] filed an orphan request for droidcam [2]:

This package was previously disowned with the idea in mind that I'd
adopt it to push some fixes. But James An was a Co-Maintainer at the
time thus adopted the package automatically. I have reached out to him
via email and Twitter 2 days ago but he has not responded so far.
