[aur-requests] [PRQ#17485] Orphan Request for librm

sgar [1] filed an orphan request for librm [2]:

This package is the base for roger-router, it has a dependency that
does not exist anymore (isdn4k-utils), i have tried to contact the
mantainer and get it to co-mantain this package and roger router, as
they are both currently broken.
The mantainer didnt reply and roger-router would be nice to have.
The comments also show the frustration of some people.
I will submit another request for roger-router.
